Additional Terms and Conditions
Damage deposit and first month’s payment is due at lease inception. Proof of full coverage insurance naming D.C.S. America Inc. “Loss Payee” and as “Additionally Insured” along with a licensed CDL Driver (when applicable) are required prior to Lessor releasing the vehicle(s) to Lessee. Any weekly leases require Payment In Full for the desired lease period. If additional time is necessary, D.C.S. America Inc. must be notified and receive payment prior to the stated lease conclusion date. Lessee is responsible for the maintenance of the rental unit while under the contracted time. This includes, but is not exclusive to: Air filter replacement, Lube, Oil, and Filter change, Tire and Brake check every 3000 miles. Lessee is responsible for verifying maintenance to DCS America Inc. by supplying a copy of the invoiced work order. Mileage allowance is 3,000/month (included) and $0.50/mile thereafter. If payment is not received by the scheduled due date, the leased vehicle(s) becomes subject to repossession. If vehicle(s) is returned to D.C.S. America Inc. in less than “Operational” condition, you may be subject to additional lease time and charges while the vehicle is being repaired. Please Note: Each and every vehicle is subject to prior sale at any time. D.C.S. America Inc. will not guarantee the availability of a vehicle quoted without the receipt of the security deposit. *All prices shown are based on standard units only. Any modifications or requested equipment may require additional pricing. All prices are subject to change.
