Davey Coach Sales Awarded CDOT Contract

Denver, CO – Davey Coach Sales has secured a contract to provide light and medium duty body-on-chassis buses (BOC) for up to five years to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).  With four manufacturers on the contract including Elkhart Coach, Diamond Coach, Champion, and ARBOC, Davey Coach is in a great position to provide a variety of choices for the state’s transit agencies by offering units that range in size from 22 to 35 feet in any seating or ADA accessibility configuration an agency requires.  All purchases are coordinated through CDOT and their designated contract management firm, RAE Consultants, Inc., located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Davey Coach Sales was also awarded the fourth contract year for CDOT’s ADA Paratransit Van Contract. This contract offers the ADA accessible the Braun Entervan as well as the ADA Accessible Ford Transit Wagon in three sizes, upfitted by Nor-Cal Vans in Chico, CA. All purchases on this contract are also coordinated through CDOT and RAE.
